Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the profitability of the shop by ensuring maximum sales at optimum stock levels and by controlling the administrative costs.

Direct, lead, control and motivate the shop personnel to ensure high sales performance, professional attitude and high level of customer service in the shops.

Required skills:

• Minimum 5 years retail experience and 2 Yrs of which preferably in Beauty/Hair/Wellness
• Minimum ability to converse in two languages English (very good) and Arabic is essential.
• Graduate Professional can do attitude
• High on human relation skills & personal integrity.
