PURPOSES.
We hereby summarize all the operations that are done by
Izzat Daouk & Sons s.a.l. in order to collect,
keep, elaborate and use your personal data and why we do so.

gather and keep them in order to send commercial information to all

B) We elaborate and manage them in order to define
your commercial profile.
C) We intend to use the commercial profiles
that we dispose of in order to elaborate and set up our marketing,

dedicated to such collection and management, in relation to their
respective sector of competence.
RIGHTS
OF THE INTERESTED PARTY.
Each one of the contacts that have given
Izzat Daouk & Sons s.a.l. their personal data
keeps and can make use of all the rights that Lebanese Law assures and that we hereby summarize:
1. To
know and find out the existence of data that concern him, even if not yet
registered, and to be informed about them in a comprehensible way.
2.
To be informed about the:
A) Name, title, Company's name, address,
residence and headquarters of the owner of such files.
B) Purposes and
mode of the files.
C) Explanation of the logical method used in case
of electronically treated data.
D) Name, title, Company's name,
address and residence of the person in charge of the files, according to
article 5.2
E) Name of the subjects/categories of subjects, which
could get hold of the files, as nationally designated authorities in
charge of them, or to which the data could be transmit. 3. To obtain
from the owner:
A) Up-dating, rectification or integration
of the same data.
B) To cancel, hold or transform into an anonymous
form all the data that have been treated on violation of the law,
including all those that do not need to be kept in relation to the aims
for which they have been collected and filed.
C) Declaration that the
actions in letters A. and B. have been brought to the knowledge of all
those that have been informed as far as the content is concerned, except
when such search is impossible, too complicated and too difficult,
expensive and out of proportion, in relation to the protected right.
4. To forbid:
A) for valid reasons, the management and
use of the personal data supplied even when they are pertinent to the
purpose of the project.
B) The management and use of the personal data
when they are used to send advertising or commercial material or to
realise market researches.
